1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Receipt2Spreadsheet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Receipt2Spreadsheet is a receipt data extraction service. Users upload receipt images or PDFs, and we return structured spreadsheet data. The service uses AI to extract information from receipts and is provided on a best-effort basis — accuracy may vary depending on receipt quality, formatting, and legibility.

3. Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account. Users must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Users must provide accurate and current information when creating an account and may not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Subscription and Billing

New accounts may try the service for free. Limitations may apply. A subscription is required for continued use of this product. Users may cancel at any time. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.

If monthly usage exceeds a plan's receipt limit, overages will be billed at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. User Content

Users retain ownership of all files they upload. By uploading content, users grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload any documents submitted for processing.

6. Acceptable Use

Users may not:

• Process fraudulent, forged, or illegally obtained documents
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or billing
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure

7. Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate data extraction, service downtime, or other events outside of our control.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 3 months preceding any claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms or abuse of the service. Users may delete their account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, all data is permanently removed.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
